These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website only. The provision of IT services, software development, infrastructure deployment, and consulting by WIM is governed by separate written service agreements signed between WIM and the relevant client. In the event of any conflict, the terms of the signed service agreement shall prevail.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
